With an impressive 35 years of experience in the construction industry,
Anil Gupta has a proven track record of excellence. Since 1990, he has played
a pivotal role in government construction projects, successfully completing
over 3 crore square feet of development in collaboration with the
Government of India.
In 2014, he expanded his expertise into the real estate sector by founding
Agarwal Build-estate, a testament to his commitment to innovation and quality.
Today, as the Chairman of One Realty, Anil Gupta serves as the guiding force
behind the construction aspect of the company, ensuring that every project
reflects his dedication to craftsmanship and integrity

Krishna Gupta is a distinguished leader with a strong academic foundation
and extensive experience in the construction and real estate sectors. He graduated
with a degree in Civil Engineering, specializing in his field from the Vellore Institute
of Technology. Following this, he pursued a Master’s in Transportation Engineering
from Deakin University in Melbourne, Australia, further enhancing his expertise.
During a brief but impactful stint as a structural engineer at Larsen & Toubro,
Krishna gained valuable experience that has shaped his approach to project management
and design. As the CEO of One Realty, he brings a forward-thinking perspective and
a commitment to excellence, driving innovative solutions that elevate the standards
of the industry.
